I know the army is still BS-ing about dragons skin and some other body armor but what about the NAVY?

I've herd that some SEAL teams are allowed to use it but idk. can you all clear it up?

I know the army is still BS-ing about dragons skin and some other body armor but what about the NAVY?
i was watching future weapons and it showed some armor that looked like dragon skin and took some damage but not one bullet penetrated it. but i don't know what section of the military it will be used in.
Reply:Its possible, special forces units such as the SEALS have their own budget, and basically can use what'ever tools they feel are appropriate for the job.

Reply:What idiotic nonsense. How do you think the US soldier can handle a rocket? The says of "bullets" are almost gone. Americans like to delude themselves regarding their weapons. Sure..they are great against THIRD WORLD nations. But the other side of the world is not so dumb. You can ask the already toasted marines.
