Do bearded dragons like it when the you help them shed their skin by peeling ?

I agree with the previous 2 answers. Definitely do not peel the skin before it is ready. Humidity is a great help. There is also a product we use called Zoo Med Repti Shedding Aid:

This is really helpful, especially if used regularly, and beardies get to really enjoy having it rubbed into their skin, which helps them learn to enjoy being handled generally :)

They prefer that you provide a humid environment, even mist them. Mine loves it when I soak him, and he rubs back and forth until his skin comes off.
Reply:I don't recommend it. The skin will come off when it's ready and if you try to force it you can actually give them sores. Beardies skin is very sensitive after a shed.

You can provide them with some extra humidity while shedding by misting them or putting some moss under their hide and misting that. You can also let them bathe in some warm water.
Reply:... I have 6 beardies ....

When they are in the process of shedding it's best not to peel the skin off them , cuz it's like when you have a sun burn .. ur litterally pulling there skin , to help them shed mist them with a spray bottle the moisture helps them , if ur still having trouble you can get a shedding agent at the pet store,

Remember if the skin needs to be pulled it's not ready to come off yet, ur beardie will get it all off in time
Reply:misting helps, but to much humidity in his cage can lead to respiratory problems, i mist mine out of the aquarium....he also should still be having 2-3 15-20 minute soaks a week, whether he is shedding or not....this is how beardies hydrate.
Reply:no, this can actually hurt them. i would not advise it, just use a mist bottle and keep the beardie moist and content, it will make it;s way off on it's own, never result to "helping"
Reply:No, and actually you might hurt them if the skin is not ready to shed, what I do is place my beardies in a butter tub w/ warm water up to about the middle of their belly, make sure their nostrils stay above water, make sure to keep changing the water so it stays warm and put the lid on it, this extra moisture helps the unshed skin to loosen, once it is moist you can rub, but not pull the shed off.
