What are the signs of a bearded dragon having intestinal problems?

I have a male bearded dragon who has not done much of anything for quite some time, and his skin around his eyes and chin have begun to turn blue, and there is an odd lump on his lowe back (by the tail) he wasn't like this when i brought him home. The lump has been there for a few months, and his skin had begun to turn color just this morning...

What are the signs of a bearded dragon having intestinal problems?
You have just described most of the major symptoms of intestinal/parasite problems for not just Bearded Dragons but a lot of different types of different reptiles. Your best bet to get your dragon to a vet immediately and have him checked out. You vet will be able to tell you exactly what is wrong and give you the right treatment for him. Otherwise you may have a dead dragon very shortly, I'm sorry to say.
Reply:instentinal problems will show up in the stool. is it eating properly. it may have a skin condition, like mites or infection. the best book is the bearded dragon manual, it has a lot of info in it. best suggestion would be to take it to your pet store or your vet.
Reply:If it poops flames.
Reply:my lizards died of intestinal parasites. they were just very lethargic for most of it then just died. does he have the right vitamin supplements? it may be chitin build up! that is stored in the tail when it is not digested apparently
Reply:Some signs may be reduced, or sadder roaring, reduced flame throwing (producing flames wll require your dragon to raise its internal temperature, and thus makes the intestinal more irritated), and ofcourse excessive eating (chickens preferably, will scorn, or avert any tougher meat).
