WHAT is your impression on my attempt at poetry for a dragon friend?

Dear Dragon friend,

What Knight is your new fiend?

May I say all knights are not the same,

and you will find some are insane.

To treat a Lady right they must learn,

to turn the other cheek and their heart earn.

Dragons, goblins and angels can do bad,

in their company Ladies hurt have had.

Lets not judge others by skin or faith,

let our deeds and actions remain.

So to a friend I call and ask

to let me know if there is a foe in a mask.

Against one in dress or with armor, even with teeth or no hair.

I will go along with you... if your quest is to protect and make things fair.

WHAT is your impression on my attempt at poetry for a dragon friend?
My apologies, dear knight, for painting with such a broad brush. Thousands of years of persecution has caused my kind to unfairly generalize those in armor on horseback as simply "the Man."

The only thing anyone really needs to remember about dragons is that can get pretty nasty when defending their treasure.

Some dragons treasures are ill-gotten, and should be dealt with accordingly, but mine has been hard earned, and it's not material things, but rather the honor of fair maidens and dear lasses from here to the Lonely Mountain.

This dragon will bring his talons and fire to bear, alongside your sword and shield, against any and all, be they dragon or knight should they dare compromise or harm those aforementioned ladies.

This dragon don't play that, and I suspect this knight doesn't, either.

For the maidens' sake, we'll make a team that'll send the hateful Yijits home to their mamas.
