Dragon Skin Body Amor vs. Interceptor Body Armor? Which One Would You Choose?!?

I saw a NBC report on how great Dragon Skin was after they tested it, but the Pentagon didn't give it such high marks because they already had a contract with another body armor company. I was pretty convinced that Dragon Skin was the very best stuff around, and the Pentagon was lying about its test results.

Dragon Skin Body Amor vs. Interceptor Body Armor? Which One Would You Choose?!?
Dragon scale myself.
Reply:Peace. I would choose not to participate.
Reply:Chuck Norris vs. Blind Guy...

Dragon skin.
Reply:dragon skin by a long run. the research tries to run off interceptor as lighter more durable etc. however they came out with the shoulder pads and the side plates that puts it about or over the weight and limits your movement
Reply:I saw an amazing special on discovery chanel about dragon scale armor. If its the same stuff they use smaller hard armor disks overlapping each other to provide full protection. The stuff rocked! It was even tested against IED's and small explosives and high caliber rifle's it was the best armor i have seen short of wearing a tank. Now if they would just make it in full length sleeves and a pair of pants. Tho i imagine pants would be a bit difficult to make in dragon scale armor.
Reply:Dragon skin
Reply:Dragon skin, of course!

Dragon Skin armor is a clever newer design that's smaller, lighter and still capable of stopping 7.62mm rounds.

While the interceptor is capable of more protection, just look at it - it's a convoluted mass of Kevlar and big heavy plates. Boy, it'd be an absolute blast to go around pack marching and doing fire-and-movement drills in a set of armor like that.
